End precarious employment

As of 2018, nearly half of working Canadians did not have stable, full-time jobs. Additionally, it’s reported that more than 20% of Canadian professionals find themselves in precarious contracts.

Young workers, women, and racialized Canadians are disproportionately represented among workers in part-time, temporary, and low-wage positions.

Canada’s unions know that precarious employment is no way to build an economy. When we raise wages for minimum wage workers, they’re more likely to spend the increase locally, boosting the economy and creating jobs.

Canada needs fair wages and good, full-time jobs. Sign if you agree.
